Where we ship

We currently ship to: US. For other destinations or bulk orders, request a quote.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates and can be affected by carriers or customs.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the listed price.

Import duty & taxes

The listed price includes shipping but not import duty or sales tax charged on delivery. US customs rules changed in 2025; if your carrier bills duty on delivery, that amount is set by US Customs and is not collected by us.

If we are late

We promise to dispatch within 3–5 business days. If an order cannot be dispatched within the promised window we email you the reason and the new date, and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

Tracking
