Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

How to return

Email service@yomiego.com with your PayPal order ID or wire payment reference and the reason. We reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Prefer not to ship it back?

On lower-value pieces the return freight can cost more than the item. Ask us about a partial refund where you keep the piece — we agree to this case by case, and it settles faster than a return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, or bank transfer back to the remitting account for wire orders) within 7 business days of receiving the return.
